Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at animetocart@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once the production or packaging process has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order.

Customized Orders:
Cancellations for customized products are only accepted within 3 hours of placing the order. After this window, production is likely to have started, and cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately to increase the chances of successful cancellation.

Non-Customized Orders:
You may cancel non-customized orders any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:
We ship across India and offer international shipping upon request. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. For customized orders or during high-volume periods, processing time may vary.

Shipping Delays
