4. Custom Poster Submissions

Image Guidelines: Uploaded images must be high-resolution (0.1MB–50MB, recommended aspect ratio 15:14). We reserve the right to reject images that do not meet our standards.

Rights Confirmation: By uploading, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the images. We are not responsible for any copyright disputes resulting from submitted content.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed after full payment confirmation. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and other secure payment methods. Estimated production and dispatch timelines are shown at checkout.

6. Shipping Policy

Locations: We ship across India and internationally on request.
Processing Time: Up to 2 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates:

Express Shipping (India): 2–3 business days
Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days
International Shipping: 15–20 business days

Free Express Shipping is available for prepaid orders.
Standard Shipping applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (5–7 business days).

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Responsibility: We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information or courier issues.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders: Can be canceled only within 3 hours of placing the order.
Non-Custom Orders: Cancellations accepted before shipment. Once shipped, return policies apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy and credited back to your original payment method after verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posterized.in will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
